Here is a selection of images of the former German 'fortress' town of Kuestrin / Kustrin, situated on the River Oder in Brandenburg, Prussia, Germany. Since the end of the Second World War and the redrawing of the maps of Germany and Poland, Kustrin has been renamed Kostrzyn Odra and is part of the Polish province of Lubuskie, western Poland.
